Unique design, easy assembly

Creating the design of SH Family we wanted to combine benefits of arc and house style greenhouses as a result we have greenhouse that have his arcs bended from a solid steel tube, pre-welded front/back and it still keeps the look of house style greenhouse.

SH Family greenhouse from very first moment holds high attention in our local retail market. It catches eye with modern look, clients easily notices all the benefits this frame holds.

One of the biggest benefits this greenhouse have is that polycarbonate used for covering it do not need to be cut. In such a way greenhouse is warmer, you need less sealing and breather tapes.

Rounded greenhouse edges allows to use solid 6 m polycarbonate sheets without any cuts

No ridge needed, less work, less sealing tapes, higher air tightness, lower chances of moss inside of polycarbonate

Greenhouse front and back comes pre-welded

This gives more stability and makes assembly process easier

Arcs are bent from a solid 20x40 mm tube

In other house type greenhouses these parts needs to be assembled from 5-7 different profiles

Height of the side walls is 1.65 m

Other greenhouses usually has 1.5 m side walls

Steel tube used in the production is 1 - 1.2 mm thickness

Other manufacturers uses 0.7 - 0.8 mm

We use 275 g/m2 galvanized steel tube

Other manufacturers uses 100 - 110 g/m2 galvanized steel tube

1 m width doors and 0.62 m height windows for ventilation

Others - 0.9 m width doors and 0.4 m height windows for ventilation

High quality steel foundation including 0.4 m length ground anchors

Others - no steel foundation only 0.15 m anchors

And there is plenty of more: high quality steel handles and hinges, wider screw heads, pre drilled holes for palycarbonate and etc.
